Founders Note
I have been a civil engineer for over four decades. In all that time, building an integrated township – where I could oversee everything, from the gardens and roads to the clubhouse and buildings — was always the one dream I had kept aside.
When I saw this 52-acre land with a stream running through it, I decided this was the right moment. The Veniscape is named after Venice – not to mimic it, but to carry the same spirit of building something beautiful and lasting.
This project is more passion than business for me. My goal is simple: to make The Veniscape one of the finest properties in Maharashtra and I am confident we will get there.
